Locking Frame Clamp Outer Piece - Receiver

Outer Piece for the Locking Frame Clamp assembly of Standard Series and M-Series Mounts. Attached to a frame clamp inner piece (or link/spacer), this 'receiving' half of the locking outer assembly has the blue-handled lock to secure the mount in position. This Outer Piece is suitable for use where the tube needs to be installed more than 15 degrees off vertical.
