Website Delivery Locations
It is currently possible to place orders via the website for shipping addresses in Great Britain / UK Mainland (ie. England, Scotland and Wales).
Website purchases are not currently possible for delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man due to extra shipping constraints. If you are from one of those locations and wish to place an order please contact us by email or telephone and we will be happy to explain the alternative options.
Website Delivery Costs
We have set prices for orders placed through the website, based on the total value of items in your cart:
Cart Value up to £19.99: £3.00 Exc. VAT
Cart Value £20.00 - £99.99: £8.00 Exc. VAT
Cart Value £100.00 - £249.99: £10.00 Exc. VAT
Cart Value £250.00 and above: £15.00 Exc. VAT
Please note that the above prices are for Great Britain / UK Mainland orders. Low value items may be sent with Royal Mail while larger/more valuable items will be sent via courier (APC or DHL).
Non-Website Delivery (including delivery to Europe)
For orders placed by other means (eg. by email, telephone or fax), Mainland UK delivery costs will be similar to the values above.
For offshore UK and Europe the standard delivery cost is £20.00 Exc. VAT*
*For deliveries to offshore UK (eg. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) and Europe, all shipping charges will be assessed according to weight and size of shipment.
We use DHL for most offshore and European deliveries, with an
estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days after dispatch in normal circumstances.
Additional Delivery Information
Most items are held in stock and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours wherever possible but please allow 7-10 days. If we are out of stock we will advise you on receipt of order and give you an estimated delivery time. For any custom-made orders (eg. laptop holders or any other item that is being made to your specifications) please allow up to 28 days.
Deliveries by courier are normally Monday to Friday only, Saturday deliveries are possible by arrangement and at additional cost. If you will be unavailable to sign for delivery you can arrange a preferred delivery date (we cannot specify a time) or alternative delivery address. Our courier should leave a card if you are not available. If the package is returned to us because of non-delivery you will be responsible for additional delivery charges.
On receipt of delivery the customer should check the contents of the shipment against the delivery note and original order. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
