Mounts and More Ltd is committed to upholding at least the minimum Labour Standards applicable under current legislation and acknowledges its obligations towards its employees, stakeholders and the communities in which it works.
The principles in our Labour Standards Policy include (but are not exclusive to) the following issues:
- Working conditions, working hours, wages and benefits.
- Freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Child labour, forced and compulsory labour.
- Discrimination and grievances.
- Equal pay.
- Human rights.
The Labour Standards Policy and Statement will be reviewed annually.
